This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and contract specifications.<br>We envisage success in this role to include;<br>Oversee the design and implementation of Mechanical systems. Prepare and maintain detailed records of all mechanical inspections, tests, and non-conformances. This documentation will be crucial for project tracking, quality control, and potential future reference. Ensure the safety of all mechanical work on site. This includes implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any safety hazards identified. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team on all mechanical-related matters.
