Monitor EPC contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual quality requirements. Establish and maintain project quality KPIs and provide regular quality performance reports to Project Management and ADNOC. Lead quality surveillance, audits, inspections and assessments of EPC contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure effective management of NCRs, observations, concessions, deviations, corrective and preventive actions. Monitor implementation and close-out of quality findings and ensure root-cause analysis is performed where required. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project controls teams to ensure quality requirements are fully integrated.
