Identify and address customer needs by aligning product offerings with market demands. Innovate and enhance existing core trade solutions to maintain competitive edge. <br><br>Market and Segment Analysis: <br><br>Conduct market research and analyse regional trends across UK, Middle East, Africa, and Europe to identify growth opportunities. Define customer segments and tailor trade product solutions to meet specific segment requirements. Monitor competitive landscape to adapt strategies and maintain market leadership. <br><br>Stakeholder Collaboration: <br><br>Work closely with sales, operations, and regional teams to ensure the effective delivery of trade products to our client segments. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including financial institutions and regulatory bodies. Support training and development initiatives for sales teams to enhance product understanding. <br><br>Risk and Compliance Management: <br><br>Ensure all product offerings comply with local and international trade regulations. Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to mitigate operational and credit risks. <br><br>Performance and Reporting: <br><br>Set performance metrics for core trade products and ensure delivery of revenue and growth targets. Provide regular reports on product performance, market trends, and regional dynamics to senior management. Track customer satisfaction and address feedback to improve product offerings. <br><br>What we’ll need from you:<br><br>Significant experience in core trade, trade finance, or product management, with exposure to international markets and focus on commercial banking and/or corporate banking. In-depth knowledge of core trade and trade finance instruments and global trade ecosystems. Proven expertise in market analysis, product development, and segment strategy execution. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with regional trade regulations and compliance requirements. Willingness to travel Proficiency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
