Deliver a weekly status update to the Chief Executive Officer, share data and statistics on campaign effectiveness, cost savings, quarterly media report, marketing spend data, competition tracking in line with the required standards. Work with Touch Points approved external suppliers to deliver marketing activities as required ensuring maximum value for the marketing dollar spent by keeping an eye on costs as well as through effective negotiation. Manage relationships so that the performance of suppliers is of a standard that Touch Points would expect and accept, ensuring creative integrity is maintained and quality control is managed in briefing / debriefing and brand adherence. Monitor and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to product programs as required. Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, resolving issues efficiently, and thriving in a fun, outdoor environment.<br><br>You will work 5–6 days per week, up to 48 hours, and will be rotated across various areas of the resort including resort pools in Atlantis the Palm, Atlantis the Royal, Aquaventure Waterpark, and designated beach zones. Your daily responsibilities will include providing instructions to riders and swimmers, assisting with ride dispatching, and consistently enforcing safety guidelines.<br><br>This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work in very hot conditions, and maintain a high level of physical fitness. You will also participate in a minimum of four hours of monthly safety training to strengthen your lifeguarding skills and support ongoing career development under the guidance of your senior team members.<br><br>Previous lifeguard or swimming instructor experience is an advantage but not mandatory. What’s essenti al is the ability to swim 200 meters continuously, tread water, and physically assist guests when needed.
