The company prioritizes long-term relationships over one-off transactions, recognizing that consistency is critical in staff housing.<br>Role Description The Freelance UI/UX Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on designing digital experiences that support Fama Group’s operational and client-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating user-centered interface designs, wireframes, and mockups for web and mobile applications that streamline accommodation management and communication. The designer will conduct user research, translate business and user needs into intuitive workflows, and collaborate closely with product, operations, and development teams to refine requirements and improve usability. The role involves iterating on designs based on feedback and data, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and preparing design assets and specifications for front-end implementation. The designer is expected to proactively identify UX improvements that enhance efficiency, clarity, and user satisfaction for internal stakeholders and corporate clients.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with the ability to create clear, modern, and consistent layouts. Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including user research, journey mapping, and interaction design. Experience producing detailed Mockups, wireframes, and design prototypes for web and mobile products. Understanding of Front-End Development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineers. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar). Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders. Ability to work on-site full-time in Dubai and manage multiple projects with clear deadlines. Relevant experience in digital product design; prior work in real estate, property management, or B2B services is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
