The ESG Coordinator will support the implementation and coordination of the Group's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting requirements across all restaurant operations. As the business operates under Accor and Ennismore, the role will ensure the accurate collection, consolidation and reporting of ESG data in line with Group sustainability standards and French CAC 40 reporting expectations.
