You should have strong analytical skills, deep platform expertise, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating across business functions.<br><br>5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level position. Proven track record scaling mobile games profitably in Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 markets with strong ROAS discipline. Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Universal App Campaigns, including campaign structures, bidding strategies, optimization frameworks, and creative testing. Strong understanding of LTV modeling, cohort analysis, attribution, and data-driven acquisition decisions. Experience managing, mentoring, or developing UA specialists and providing strategic direction. Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust, Apps Flyer, or similar solutions.
