The resource will be responsible for shaping the company’s long-term technology roadmap, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and execute the company’s overall technology strategy aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technical teams. Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to deployment. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all systems, applications, and platforms. Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Sales) to support business growth. Establish technical standards, code quality guidelines, and best engineering practices. Manage technical budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships. Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring strong information security and data privacy measures. Represent the technology function in executive decision-making and board-level discussions.<br>Requirements<br>Proven experience as VP Engineering, CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar senior leadership role.15+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technology management. Strong expertise in modern tech stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and system architecture. Demonstrated success in leading large engineering teams and scaling tech operations. Strong understanding of Dev Ops, cybersecurity, data management, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, microservices, etc.). Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to balance innovation with operational excellence. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).<br>Nice to Have Experience in startup or high-growth environments. Background in product-led organizations.
