Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.<br><br>Project: NFPS2<br><br>Job Title: Mechanical Completion Engineer<br><br>Location: <br><br>Qingdao, China<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Mission<br><br> Coordinate and supervise the mechanical completion, interfacing with other functions, defining and managing related documentation<br><br>Tasks<br><br> Review contractual documentation, for mechanical completion related issue and identifies the project requirements & constraints, and participate to project review meetings Verify that the mechanical completion requirements ar e accounted for into engineering documents Take part in project planning & scheduling Prepare and keep up-to-date the mechanical completion execution plans (including the mobilization of personnel) Supervise / coordinate th e preparation of the test pack (mechanical completion dossier) as per contractual requirements Supervise / coordinate the preparation of the Mechanical Completion procedure, definitions of the mechanical completion philosophy and preparation of all checklists and relevant check sheets; submit the procedure and check sheets to Company for approval Manage the Mechanical Completion software, verifying that all itemization data are complete Verify that check data form are coherent with identified items Ensure the interfaces with the Construction/Fabrication team and assist it as needed Participate to the preparation of the HSE Plan for Mechanical Completion Activities Define the specific temporary logistic required complying with the project scope of work, elaborate tools and method of control Take part in the project review meetings to make sure that the Mechanical completion requirements have been duly complied with Define and review mechanical completion consumables and materials Ensure the preparation and checking of the Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Technical Evaluation falling within his sphere of responsibility Assist during the definition of subcontractor scope of works if required Check the conformity and congruence of technical documentation received fr om Head Office Engineering and / or Client and shop drawings issued by yard Production Engineering and Methods function Ensure interface with vendor's representatives together with relevant Engineers / Superintendents Supervise / coodinate the inspection, checking and testing in order to assure the completeness and quality of the fabrication in accordance with design documentation and specifications, company standards and vendor’s instructions Supervise / review the mechanical completion dossier, submit to Company for review and certification Contribute, in collaboration with Yard Prod. Eng.
