Keeps close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events etc.). Also explores and compares corporate traffic amongst the competition. Proposes ideas for promotional materials to be distributed during sales calls, international trade shows and for other promotional activities. Supervises (and handles when necessary) the group and individual reservation requests. Follows-up the progress of the booked business Sets up the corporate rates for local / international companies / travel trade accounts as well as other commercial accounts. Collaborates with all local and overseas customers, make personal calls to accounts and traces potential customers. Supervises the existence of an efficient customer database system (OPERA), which will be capable of identifying to report sales calls and other sales activities and maintains a vigorous updating exercise in certain periods of time. Updates customers with the latest development of the hotel and informs hotel management of all changes in the customer profile. Proposes and coordinates the promotional activities undertaken by sales department and / or F&B. Supervises the coordination with the other department heads to ensure quality of guest / group satisfaction Projects and prepares the participation procedure for domestic or international trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, workshops, Road shows, sales blitzes etc. and participates in such professional business-related events. Supervises the quotations of group and travel agency rates as well as international corporate rates offered for multinational companies (directly or through travel consortia’s). Makes sure that the respective Mandarin Oriental regional sales offices are informed of such quotations. Determines overall marketing campaign ROI. Monitors and reviews the response rates in order to improve and take corrective measures (where applicable). Responsible for developing hotel Marketing budget and maintain budget control. Marketing:To develop, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all marketing activities including, strategies, advertising, public relations, revenue and reservations budgeting, Marketing Plan and printed collaterals and international trade fairs. Optimize Revenue per available room of the hotel by managing the relationship between occupancy and average room rate. Job Purpose<p>Our Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team is responsible for conveying essence of Emirates Group. Support the Visual Services team in the overall production and distribution of video assets. Collaborate with the internal stakeholders, in consultation with the Visual Services Manager for the production of high-quality assets for brand and marketing, to bring the Emirates and dnata brands to life in the most powerful and authentic way possible given their unparalleled understanding of the brand guidelines, production expertise and technical knowledge to comply with industry best practices.</p><br><br><p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the brief, define the post-production scope, develop a creative solution and deliver the video project on time with consistency in high quality and creativity as per the brand guidelines.</li><li>Assist with the camera, sound and lighting set up within the in-house Studio, extending logistics and production support to facilitate the filming requirements for corporate leadership messages, internal communications and media interviews with senior management.</li><li>Organise the CCMB asset library consisting of historical information and digital data. Ensure the archiving system enables sorting, searching and retrieval of video files for distribution. Develop a catalogue, independently and proactively, to maintain a record of the Group's historical information for future reference.</li><li>Maintain the in-house editing systems by backing up the editing platform every week to optimise the internal storage capacity for ongoing projects. Renew paid subscriptions of all media applications annually with approval from the Visual Services Manager.</li><li>Research, recommend and initiate the assessment of the in-house production and post-production equipment to put forward feasible recommendations for the Visual Services Manager to prepare a business case to upgrade / replace hardware and software. The recommendation should be based on technical specifications in comparison with professional broadcast standards, ensuring the quality of assets created and distributed conforms with current industry standards for all online and offline media.</li><li>The primary responsibility is to handle CCMB?s post-production requirements as the video editor using editing tools available in-house to create video content in consultation with stakeholders. This involves selecting the best quality footage to develop a video timeline, creating visual effects and motion graphics, syncing audio with video, colour balance and mix the media sources to enhance the quality. The video editor may assist with recording voiceovers, sourcing music tracks and sound to finish and deliver the video project for viewing and ultimately for broadcast as per the required specifications.</li><li>Develop best practice guidelines to share video templates with production partners, ensure the brand idents, typography, graphics and any b-roll footage supplied is applied correctly as per brand and product standards. Build and deepen relationships with Premium Banking customers to support future Priority qualification. Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/reduction of customer complaints. Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention. Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places. Serve as the one-point contact to the High-Net-Worth customers of the Bank. Conduct regular customer reviews through telephone, video and digital engagement channels. Develop long-term customer relationships through consistent and proactive engagement. Support customer retention and relationship growth across both Premium and Priority Banking portfolios. Ensure customers receive timely servicing and relevant financial solutions aligned to their needs and objectives.<br><br>Processes<br><br>Ensure compliance of laid down process and procedures. Facilitate and Implement work process improvements. To ensure compliance with Global Process Standards on Customer Data Confidentiality. Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented within approved Bank systems. Maintain quality customer engagement standards across all virtual communication channels. Support the development of UAE National talent and contribute positively to the ARM talent pipeline.<br><br>Risk Management<br><br>Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation. Updating the C-Manager, adhering to the Contact Management Plan. Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC. Ensure compliance with the above policies on an ongoing basis and report any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising officer. Ensure full awareness of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, anti-misselling, etc and comply with the same. Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct. Ensure all virtual customer interactions are conducted in accordance with approved sales processes, regulatory requirements and customer suitability standards. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, recommendations and engagement activities.<br><br>Governance <br><br>To be able to detect any suspicious transactions, Money laundering, forgeries etc. Highest compliance with reference to Anti Bribery, Anti Money Laundering & Combating Financial Crime Risk procedures. Relevant experience in relationship management, virtual relationship management, wealth management, contact centre banking, customer engagement or financial services. Experience in handling all Banking Customer Services & Investment Products. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Excellent telephone-based relationship management and customer engagement skills. Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables. Good understanding of the business environment in UAE preferably with direct contacts with the local HNI community. Proficiency in Computers.
