This role oversees and mentors sales teams, sets performance targets, and implements strategies to expand market share and strengthen client relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing key client accounts, conducting property consultations, negotiating and closing sales, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Sales Director collaborates closely with marketing and leadership teams to design promotional campaigns, refine service offerings, and enhance the overall client experience. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and contributing to long-term business planning.<br>Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of local Dubai and UAE property regulations. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property expertise, including market analysis, valuation, and transaction management. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a commitment to client satisfaction and relationship building.
