Drive innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation across the portfolio.<br>Development & Project Leadership Oversee the full development lifecycle of multi-billion-dollar mixed-use and destination developments. Direct feasibility studies, land acquisitions, master planning, design management, approvals, procurement, construction, handover, sales, leasing, and operational readiness. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead value engineering, cost optimization, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives. Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, operators, and development partners. Ensure successful integration of residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, office, leisure, entertainment, infrastructure, and public realm components.<br>Financial & Investment Leadership Hold full P&L responsibility for the real estate development business. Lead investment appraisals, financial modeling, business planning, and capital allocation decisions. Approve development budgets, funding structures, financing arrangements, and investment strategies. Drive capital raising initiatives and maintain relationships with investors, banks, lenders, and financial institutions. Manage cash flow, profitability, revenue growth, portfolio returns, and asset monetization strategies. Ensure disciplined financial governance and maximize shareholder value.<br>Stakeholder, Governance & Market Leadership Serve as the principal representative of the organization with investors, regulators, government authorities, municipalities, industry bodies, and strategic stakeholders. Lead negotiations for major development agreements, partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Build relationships with architects, planners, engineers, consultants, contractors, operators, brokers, and development partners. MBA, Executive MBA, Master's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Development, or a related field preferred.<br>Professional Experience Minimum 20 years of experience within real estate development. Minimum 5 - 7 years of executive leadership experience in positions such as CEO, Managing Director, President, or equivalent. Proven leadership within a major real estate developer, master developer, investment platform, sovereign-backed developer, or mixed-use development organization. Demonstrated responsibility for multi-billion-dollar development portfolios. Extensive experience in large-scale mixed-use, destination, and master-planned developments. Strong expertise in development finance, investment structuring, fundraising, capital markets, and strategic partnerships.
