Job Purpose:<br>To monitor, control, and analyze project costs throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that financial targets and budgets are achieved. Cost Planning and Budgeting Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for civil works. We are currently searching for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Design Division based in Dubai.<br>The individual must be able to demonstrate minimum 15 years experience of working within an engineering consultancy in UAE (preferably in Dubai) in addition to good experience in providing sustainable design and should have experience in dealing with Dubai authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, Trakhees, EHS, DDA, etc.).<br>You must have the relevant qualifications, certifications and professional memberships and the capability to provide planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multiple projects in high rise buildings and hospitality.<br>You must also be a holder of a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BEng) or Masters Degree in Engineering (MEng) and be a member of a recognized professional body (CIBSE, IMech E or ASHRAE).<br>The Role:Detailed design drawings with a specialization in mechanical design (such as HVAC, Public Health & Fire protection system , BMS, irrigation , swimming pool , gas .....).
