<p><strong>Overview / Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Advise PMC core management on issues surrounding future appointments of electrical personnel</li><li>Ensure that all PMC Electrical Engineers under his / her supervision work to the project procedures, specifications and standards, good engineering practices and techniques, and any project-specific requirements</li><li>Review / Validate detailed design and Engineering Deliverables</li><li>Supervise the day to day engineering interfaces between PMC core engineering group, Project Managers and the engineering teams assigned to the EPC package – includes interaction with all other specialist disciplines as required</li><li>Participate in Hazard and Operability (HAZOP), Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Project Health, Safety and Environment Review (PHSER) exercises for the EPC projects during detailed engineering Participation in design review, 3D Model Reviews, Value Engineering, Risk Management workshops, constructability Reviews, PHSERs , IPR etc.</li><li>Input into engineering procedures and work practices as appropriate, in conjunction with Core Electrical Lead</li><li>Carryout Technical Evaluation of Bids, Issue Bid Technical Clarifications, Technical Evaluation Reports and Recommendations</li><li>Develop close working relationships between all engineering group members, Project Managers / projects team and EPC staff to ensure a consistent approach and effective resolution of issues</li><li>Develop a good team spirit within assigned PMC personnel and encourage team working with the Contractor and other customer groups</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills / Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten years relevant experience in the oil / gas industry</li><li>Must have been in CONSULTANT’s organization for at least three years in similar position and must have previous PMC experience</li><li>Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices to be applied for oil / gas projects during FEED and EPC phase of execution</li><li>Experience to manage FEED Engineers and FEED deliverables for owner is distinctly preferred</li><li>Must have proven ability to contribute during development of electrical system studies and Hazop / Safety reviews</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design and implement robust electrical power distribution systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain sophisticated instrumentation and control systems, optimizing process efficiency and product quality.</li><li>Perform detailed engineering calculations, including load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies, to guarantee system integrity.</li><li>Create and review P&IDs, single-line diagrams, cause & effect charts, and loop diagrams for complex industrial processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Instrument Control or Electronic Engineering or a related field from Tobacco Industry.</p></li><li><p>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within the O&G or chemical processing industry.</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in PLC, DCS, and SCADA system design, programming, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Immediate Joiners</p></li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects, from conception and design through construction and handover, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for complex infrastructure developments.</li><li>Oversee the design and review of civil engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants, fostering effective collaboration and communication.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification.</li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, water/wastewater, land development).</li></ul>
