The role will be based in Ras Al Khaima.<br>Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:<br>Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.<br>Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout project lifecycle.<br>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.<br>Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.<br>Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.<br>Lead quality inspections and ISO audits for all projects.<br>Review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.<br>Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.<br>Work closely with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.<br>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.<br>Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to management.<br>Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.<br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.<br>Professional certifications in quality management and auditing are preferred.<br>Minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC, preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects.<br>Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders<br>Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.<br>Experience in leading quality inspections and ISO audits (Preferred)<br>Ability to review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements (Preferred)<br>Proven track record in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.<br>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.<br>Proficient in monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics.<br>Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.<br>Strong communication and leadership skills.<br>Professional certifications in quality management and auditing (preferred)<br>MUST HAVE experience working with supervision consultants<br>MUST HAVE full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the emirates of Dubai<br><strong>About Stantec:</strong><br>We’re active members of the communities we serve.
