<p><strong>JOB TITLE</strong><br>Brand Marketing Manager - Home | MAF LifeStyle | Communication & Marketing<br><strong>ROLE SUMMARY</strong><br>The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the Marketing & Communications strategy, integrating the marketing efforts for the assigned brands in order to expand footprint, differentiate MAF Lifestyle and brand reputation, nurture client relationships and create opportunities to drive revenue and growth.<br><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Responsible for the creation, development and execution of marketing initiatives, through a well-defined annual Marketing calendar, for the assigned brands in line with overall brand Marketing & Communications strategy.</li><li>Create synergy between the various channels of communication, reaching the brand message to the customer through the most effective and efficient medium.</li><li>Implement in-store campaigns to support Operations and ensure smooth roll out of the same.</li><li>Build advertising and promotional plans to drive traffic and sales (Offline and online).</li><li>Manage marketing budgets for assigned brands to ensure optimal utilization in line with overall Marketing budget.</li><li>Ensure all integrated marketing efforts are in compliance with brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim communication strategy.</li><li>Build clear understanding of brand values, customer profile and behaviors to ensure relevant marketing communication and messaging.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal marketing teams and external vendors where relevant, to ensure productive outcome of collaborative work.</li></ul><p><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a Marketing role</li><li>Luxury Retail furniture experince</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent</li><li>Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges</li><li>Knowledge of latest marketing technologies and methodologies</li></ul> <br> </div>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Senior Project Manager (SPM) – Hospitality | Sharjah, UAE We are urgently hiring an Arabic-speaking Senior Project Manager Sharjah. </p><ol><li><p>Lead the design management process from concept through construction documentation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate architectural, interior design, structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, kitchen, AV, acoustics, and specialist consultants.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with international hotel operator brand standards and design guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Review design submissions for quality, functionality, buildability, sustainability, and value engineering opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Manage the design programme to ensure timely delivery of all milestones.</p></li><li><p>Conduct design coordination workshops and resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with project stakeholders, operators, authorities, consultants, and contractors.</p></li><li><p>Review shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and design-related RFIs during construction.</p></li><li><p>Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications and tender documentation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations, fire & life safety requirements, accessibility standards, and applicable building codes.</p></li><li><p>Monitor design changes and assess their impact on cost, schedule, and project objectives.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance during construction to maintain design intent.</p></li><li><p>Prepare design progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Requirements: 15+ years of overall experience. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Arabic speaker (mandatory). Proven hospitality project experience (hotel projects). Strong design management experience. Experience managing the full project life cycle, from design through construction and handover. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.</p><p></p></section>
