This role bridges engineering strategy and field execution, using Maximo's data structures to build, schedule, and optimize maintenance workflows that minimize asset downtime and keep operations running reliably. Key Responsibilities Work Order Management: Review, prioritize, and plan preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) work orders directly within Maximo. Job Plan Modeling: Build multi-level nested tasks, develop dynamic job plans, estimate accurate labor hours, define crafts/crews, and specify required materials and tools. Preventive Maintenance Controls: Configure PM records, set calendar-based intervals, establish meter-based triggers, and develop work-back schedules for plant turnarounds and major overhauls. Advanced Scheduling: Utilize Maximo Graphical Scheduler and Graphical Work Week applications to map resource capacity, sequence task dependencies, level manpower, and manage scheduling constraints. Materials & Requisitions:* Map material requirements within job plans and verify stock availability with warehouse storerooms ahead of field execution.
