<br>About the opportunity<br><p>As the Director Experience, Fraud and Operational Excellence you will lead talabat's end-to-end experience function across four pillars — Customer Experience, Partner Experience, Fraud Operations, and CX Insights — spanning 8 markets in MENA. Key Accountabilities<br><br> Plan and develop roadmaps/action plans to support current and future procurement needs. Responsible for analyzing vendor performance and company spend trends to create a sourcing strategy for the categories of spend being managed by the team. Prepare and present EITC’s sourcing strategies accurately and effectively to facilitate achieving objectives through various arrangements with suppliers Present weekly update reports to management on department activities and performance against KPI’s Day to day management of the Operations & Quality control team to ensure that the department goals, objectives, and KPIs are met. Ensure that the database of Emirati SME companies is up to date and that potential vendors get pre-selected in order to increase the business volume with SME’s as per the company’s commitment to the Dubai Economic Department. In collaboration with the Finance and respective departments develop and finalize the annual Sourcing plan for the various BUs and Support Units to forecast our purchasing requirement for a year.
