<li><strong>Job Inputting: </strong>Ensure that job details are correctly completed and entered onto maintenance systems to ensure that accurate performance trends can be identified and electrical maintenance jobs are handled in a timely manner.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Review:</strong> Review outstanding jobs and trend analyses on a weekly basis to address underlying reasons for service non-compliance and put in place appropriate action plans to effect correction.</li>
<li><strong>Budgeting:</strong> Assist Supervisor in preparing data and reports to input into the annual budgeting process.</li>
<li><strong>National Development Program:</strong> Assist in developing U.A.E. national trainees / employees to prepare them ready for acquiring targeted positions in line with IDP developed as per company policies.</li>
<li><strong>Health, Safety & Environment:</strong> Directs, maintain and follow ESI Integrated Management System procedures and guide lines.</li>

<p><strong>Additional Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br>
<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities required</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Fully conversant with Steel Melting and Billet casting process.</li>
<li>Fair knowledge of Level 1 Automation systems related to Steel Melting and Billet casting process.</li>
<li>Experience on maintenance of processing equipment (Medium Voltage Substations, Transformers, Switchgears, PLCs, Drives, and Motors etc.)</li>
<li>Familiar with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email etc.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP, and instruct others on its operation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)</strong></p><br>
<p>Diploma in Engineering or Engineering</p><br>
<p><strong>Any preferred professional training</strong></p><br>
<p>Trained on Elect. & Auto. Systems pertaining to Steel Melting and Billet casting plant</p><br>
<p><strong>Professional Experience (Must haves)</strong></p><br> <ul>
<li>5 years (for Diploma holder) or 8 years (for Trade Certificate holder) in Electrical maintenance in steel plant preferably in Steel Melting and Billet casting plant with higher level of automation.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations</strong></p><br> <ul>
<li>Working experience in any of the Middle-east countries (familiar with rules and regulations, climatic conditions)</li>
</ul> <ul>
<li>Health & Safety compliance systems experience.</li>
