By supporting Home Finance, Corporate Deals, and Escrow Account Management, the unit contributes significantly to operational efficiency and revenue through timely payment certifications, property assessments, and compliance-driven processes.<br>Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule site visits, verify property status, and prepare required documentation. • Receive and review contractor payment and progress payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Prepare MIS reports, maintain site visit records, and manage documentation for approvals. • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth processing of valuation and payment workflows. • Support dispute resolution by preparing reports, coordinating communication, and ensuring compliance with required procedures.<br>About You • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction-related documentation, contractor payments, or site coordination. • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to manage and track records effectively. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within defined timelines. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
