Review and process approvals for security system maintenance schedule. Coordinate with CPD for renewal of annual maintenance contracts for security systems. <br><br>Vendor & Guard Force Coordination:<br><br> Deployment coordination for security guards at ADIB locations as per bank requirements. Arrange rotation plan of guards between branches in line with security policy. Monitor guard performance and ensure compliance with ADIB policies and procedures. Track and monitor vendor KPIs is related to guarding and security services. <br><br>Incident & Emergency Management:<br><br> Coordinate response and report incidents occurring at ADIB branches and locations. Maintain records of security incidents and KRIs. <br><br>Compliance, Risk & Governance Support:<br><br> Coordinate with the team to ensure compliance with RCSA requirements and controls. Prepare and maintain police/CID documentation to support regulatory and audit compliance.
