Job Purpose<p><span>The <strong>Material Management Department</strong>, is dedicated to addressing complex aviation material needs with precision. Organized into specialized units: Cabin, IFE, Airframe, Engines, Inventory Control, and Operations Support, along with dedicated teams for Rotable Components and Outstation support, we ensure timely availability of spares and components across the network. </span></p><br><br><p><span>Our core responsibilities include managing re-order levels, forecasting needs, inventory management and coordinating with Procurement for prompt deliveries based on our quality and safety standards.</span></p><br><br><p><span>The <strong>Materials Planning Officer</strong> will execute the planning, initial-provisioning and Replenishment of aircraft spares including Rotables, Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE), Inflight Entertainment (IFE), tools, Consumables and Commercial in order to meet all Entry into Service (EIS), operational and maintenance demands in Line and Base Maintenance, post retrofit / refresh. The Officer - Work Placement is responsible to support with the identification, promotion and delivery of work placement opportunities for students as part of their curriculum in coordination with Partnerships Central Services. <br> <b>About the Job:</b> <br><p><span>Supervise, coordinate and monitor the Fire Services activities for responding the fire intervention in the plant in accordance with company HSE Policy.</span></p><br><br><br><u><b>Job Specific Accountabilities </b></u> <br><p><span><strong>Fire Services Planning and Management</strong></span><br><span>• Supervise, conduct and participate in safety, firefighting and loss prevention activities by identifying follow-up action for Mock Drills with observation / recommendations.</span><br><span>• Participate in organizing and implementing various site audits for compliance with Company’s fire and safety policies.</span><br><span>• Follow-up Work Orders, Plant Chang Requests, and ensure the implementation of Audit’s and Incident Reports comments and recommendations for effective monitoring status.</span><br><span>• Organize and participate in the HSE meetings and provide appropriate advice for better & effective safety processes.</span><br><span>• Monitor different works at site with the emphasis on the proper implementation of Permit To Work system.</span><br><span>• Contribute to the development, implementation and regular review of the Fire Services policies, procedures and systems to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices and to improve plan performance.</span><br><span>• Prepare and implement the annual, monthly and daily schedules for the fire services section for effective planning.</span><br><span>• Participate in the development of site fire prevention procedure and guidelines in line with best practices.</span><br><span>• Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.</span></p><br><p><br><span><strong>Emergency Response</strong></span><br><span>• Act as an incident Controller in the absence of the Section Head, during an emergency, and ensure utilization of resources such as auxiliary and mutual aid teams.</span></p><br><br><br><b>Minimum Requirements: </b> <br><ul><li><span>Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent</span></li><li><span>8 years of experience in Fire Services in gas plant or refinery operations</span></li></ul><br><br><br><br> </div>
