<p>The Follow-up & Reporting Officer – Interior Fit-Out is responsible for monitoring project progress, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions across multiple fit-out projects. The role coordinates with project managers, site teams, procurement, design, commercial, and subcontractors to collect project updates, prepare management reports, identify delays, and support the successful delivery of projects within schedule and budget. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the progress of multiple interior fit-out projects and ensure timely follow-up on project milestones. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Design, Commercial, and QA/QC teams to collect project updates. Track pending actions, approvals, material deliveries, RFIs, shop drawings, and consultant comments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for senior management. Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and KPI reports. Monitor project schedules and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues requiring management attention. Follow up with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MoM), and monitor the closure of action items. Consolidate progress data from multiple projects and prepare executive summary reports. Coordinate with Planning Engineers to monitor project schedules and recovery plans. Support management by providing accurate project status updates and recommendations. Maintain project documentation, correspondence logs, and reporting records. Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reports. Ensure reporting accuracy and maintain confidentiality of project information. Identify opportunities to improve reporting systems and project coordination processes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or project controls within the construction or interior fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out project workflows and construction processes. Excellent project tracking, coordination, and follow-up skills. <p>Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive QHSE Officer to strengthen our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across fleet and office operations. The role ensures compliance with ISM, ISPS, and ISO requirements, drives continuous improvement, and supports safe, efficient vessel operations.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong maritime safety knowledge, audit experience, and a passion for embedding a culture of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor day to day vessel operations to ensure smooth activities at sea and port without delays or accidents.
• Ensure certifications (ISM/ISPS/ISO) remain valid and compliant.
• Oversee reporting requirements, documentation, and drill records under ISM, ISPS, and SMS.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, safety inspections, and management reviews.
• Brief senior officers on SMS, company policies, and charterer requirements before deployment.
• Investigate incidents and participate in Board of Investigation and Emergency Response Teams.
• Liaise with authorities, charterers, and external stakeholders on QHSE matters.
• Maintain and update SMS documentation, ensuring revision control and compliance with retention policies.
• Promote STOP card programs, PPE monitoring, and vessel HSE statistics reporting.
• Support offshore safety representatives and attend shore side safety committee meetings.</p><p>• NEBOSH Certification / IOSH Graduate / OHS Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, ISO standards and maritime safety regulations.
• Experience in vessel audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Overall purpose: <br>Ensure the protection of FAA’s digital and information assets. Monitor and safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the Authority’s information systems. Support the development and implementation of robust information security policies, strategies, and controls, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.<br>Key accountabilities: <br>Implement and manage FAA’s information security strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory compliance. Design and deliver information security training and awareness programs to promote a culture of cybersecurity across all staff and departments. Continuously monitor the organization’s information systems to detect and respond to threats in real-time. Prepare regular security reports for management and key stakeholders, outlining risks, incidents, and recommendations for improvement. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:Ensure the integration of information security within FAA’s business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Lead the development of contingency plans and the testing of these plans to ensure the Authority’s ability to recover from security incidents. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master’s degree is Preferred. Minimum Experience: 4-7 years of experience in information security or a related field, with proven expertise in risk management, incident response, and cybersecurity compliance.
