Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> <br>Construction Supervision & Quality Control<br> Supervise electrical works for roads, bridges, underpasses, and associated infrastructure including street lighting, feeder pillars, LV cable networks, lighting control systems, and architectural/feature lighting. Ensure installations are executed in compliance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable authority requirements. Develop and implement inspection and test procedures for electrical works in accordance with the project quality plan. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs for all electrical components. Witness and verify testing, commissioning, and energization activities for electrical systems. Oversee electrical works integration with bridge structural components, ensuring safety and durability. <br>Coordination with Stakeholders & Authorities<br> Coordinate with DEWA for electrical supply connections, inspections, and NOC approvals. Liaise with other authorities, utility providers, and service agencies to ensure timely approvals and resolution of interface issues. Participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders to address service diversions, protection works, and integration with bridge and road works. <br>Project Integration & Cross-Discipline Coordination<br> Work closely with civil, structural, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical works within bridge and infrastructure elements. Ensure proper sequencing of electrical activities in line with structural and civil works schedules. Coordinate with the design office for material reviews, technical queries, and design modifications. <br>Technical & Reporting<br> Maintain updated records of inspections, progress, and test results. Prepare inputs for daily and weekly progress reports highlighting key achievements, delays, and concerns. Support the preparation of punch lists and final handover documentation for electrical systems. <br>Leadership & Problem-Solving<br> Guide and supervise electrical inspectors to ensure consistent quality and compliance. Identify potential issues early and recommend solutions to prevent delays or rework. Promote safety awareness and ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements on site. <br>Qualifications<br> Minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE Knowledge with the local authority procedure, standards and regulations in UAE is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Extensive knowledge of ADNOC VIP / VAP Assurance processes, API Standards (API-520, API-521, API-14C, API-14E) and statutory and regulatory requirements and a good understanding of onshore and offshore engineering practices applicable to process design for offshore oil and gas facilities. Experience in various phases of project life cycle with particular skills in Feasibility and Conceptual Engineering, field development and adequacy studies. Experience in processing of highly sour production fluids with extensive offshore engineering experience. Site experience is an ad- vantage and willingness to travel to site and work in an operation support environment is essential. Experience of Option Selection Studies, debottlenecking and revamp projects and licensor packages. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of process simulation packages such as HYSYS, PROII, Flarenet. HTRI, Experience with dynamic simulation packages will be an advantage.
