About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to support the Head of Compliance in maintaining regulatory standards and effective compliance controls. The role will focus on KYC/AML, client onboarding, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and internal controls within the FX and CFDs industry.<br>Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Conduct compliance monitoring and identify potential regulatory breaches, risks, and control gaps. Review client onboarding, KYC, CDD, EDD, background checks, sanctions screening, and risk assessments. Review high-risk clients and escalate suspicious activities or AML concerns where required. Support transaction monitoring and SAR/STR review and escalation. Ensure client records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date. Assist with regulatory audits, inspections, reporting, and regulatory submissions. Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of required changes. Provide compliance guidance and support AML/KYC training and awareness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field.4–6 years of Compliance or AML/KYC experience, with relevant experience within the FX and CFDs industry.
