The Sport & Performance Nutrition Brand Manager will lead the development, positioning, and growth of NCH’s performance and endurance nutrition portfolio in the UAE, helping establish the brand as a credible and trusted partner within the athlete and active lifestyle community. The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations. Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management. Train and develop the non-management staff. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales. Build and maintain visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision making. Protect store assets & perform inventory control. Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
