The Sport & Performance Nutrition Brand Manager will lead the development, positioning, and growth of NCH’s performance and endurance nutrition portfolio in the UAE, helping establish the brand as a credible and trusted partner within the athlete and active lifestyle community. We are looking for someone genuinely immersed in the world of endurance and performance sports — cycling, running, triathlons, marathons — and who naturally understands the mindset, routines, challenges, and needs of athletes because they actively live within that world themselves. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of sports nutrition and athlete performance, including pre-workout preparation, energy and hydration during activity, recovery protocols, supplementation, and overall performance optimization. More importantly, they should understand how athletes think, train, fuel, recover, shop, and engage with brands within the endurance ecosystem. This role requires authenticity and credibility within the sports community, not purely academic or theoretical nutrition knowledge. The successful candidate should have strong exposure to the broader performance nutrition ecosystem, including specialty sports nutrition retail, endurance communities, race events, gyms, cycling and running clubs, coaches, sports practitioners, and grassroots activations within the UAE market. They will play a key role in driving brand awareness, athlete engagement, strategic partnerships, education, and community-led growth, helping strengthen NCH’s presence within the rapidly growing endurance and sports performance category.
Roles and Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Portfolio Development Lead the overall brand strategy and positioning within the sports nutrition and performance supplementation category. Manage the product portfolio across the brand’s core pillars: Preparation (pre-activity nutrition and readiness), Energy & Hydration (during activity fuelling), Recovery (post-activity recovery and muscle repair), and Performance Technology (advanced solutions supporting athletic performance). Identify opportunities to expand the product portfolio while maintaining the brand’s high quality and performance-driven standards. Ensure clear product positioning aligned with athlete needs, training cycles, and performance objectives. Athlete & Community Engagement Develop strong relationships within cycling, triathlon, running, and broader endurance sports communities. Identify and collaborate with athlete ambassadors, coaches, clubs, and sports communities to build authentic brand engagement. Position the brand as a credible and trusted performance partner for athletes and sports enthusiasts. Events, Activations & Grassroots Presence Lead the brand’s participation across races, endurance events, fitness competitions, community activations, expos, and sports initiatives. Develop meaningful athlete-focused activations, sampling programs, hydration/fueling stations, training partnerships, and experiential campaigns. Partner with event organizers, sports clubs, training facilities, and fitness communities to drive awareness, trial, and athlete engagement. Ensure the brand maintains a visible and authentic presence within key endurance and performance platforms across the UAE. Sports Nutrition Education & Brand Communication Support educational initiatives around sports nutrition, endurance fueling, hydration, supplementation, and recovery protocols. Work closely with athletes, coaches, influencers, and communities to develop authentic performance-led content and storytelling. Ensure brand communication reflects both scientific credibility and practical athlete relevance. Translate athlete insights and performance trends into meaningful marketing initiatives and consumer engagement opportunities. Commercial Growth & Specialty Channel Development Support the expansion of the brand across specialty sports nutrition retail, cycling and running stores, gyms, fitness studios, pharmacies, modern trade, and digital commerce channels. Work closely with commercial and retail teams to strengthen in-store visibility, education, and product adoption. Identify opportunities to grow the brand within niche and performance-focused channels where athlete engagement is strongest. Support partnerships and initiatives that strengthen both brand equity and commercial performance. Market Intelligence & Performance Insights Monitor global and regional trends within endurance sports, athlete wellness, supplementation, hydration, and recovery. Gather insights from athletes, communities, retailers, events, and competitors to identify opportunities and market gaps. Track brand performance, activations, community engagement, and market feedback to continuously improve execution and impact. Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen athlete engagement, brand positioning, and sustainable growth within the performance nutrition category.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, or related fields; however, practical immersion within the endurance and performance sports world is important. Strong passion for endurance sports, performance nutrition, and athlete wellness. Actively involved in cycling, running, triathlons, marathons, endurance racing, functional fitness, or similar sports communities. Strong understanding of athlete fueling, hydration, supplementation, recovery, and performance optimization. Good understanding of the sports nutrition and specialty retail landscape within the UAE is preferred. Ability to engage authentically with athletes, coaches, sports practitioners, clubs, and performance-focused communities. Strong communication, relationship-building, and community engagement skills. Commercial awareness and ability to translate athlete insights into brand growth opportunities. Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating within fast-paced, community-led environments. Previous experience within sports nutrition, endurance brands, specialty sports retail, or athlete-focused businesses is preferred.
Measures of Success Building strong credibility and visibility for the brand within the endurance and performance community. Expanding the brand’s presence across specialty sports retail, events, clubs, and athlete ecosystems. Driving meaningful athlete engagement, partnerships, and grassroots activations. Supporting sustainable growth of the performance nutrition portfolio across key channels.

About UsAnyone working in forex/CFD to promote copytrading, signals, PAMM, or any investment strategy legally needs a license to do it. Most affiliates and IBs operate in a grey area, exposed and unprotected.
Fintech Media Capital has solved this since 2018. We give affiliates legal licenses, higher-paying deals, on time payouts, and marketing & sales support under one regulatory umbrella across FCA, SCA, CNB, and FSCA — processing over $60M in annual broker payouts across 150+ affiliates worldwide, which is why we can offer it all for free.
We work alongside the world's leading brokers, and because we direct over $100M in annual deposits to our partners, we negotiate deals no individual affiliate or BD manager could ever access alone.
???? Your Role Bring the affiliates and IBs you already know into the FMC infrastructure Help them get legal protection, better deals, guaranteed payouts + marketing and sales support We handle compliance, negotiations, and payouts, you focus on the relationship Earn a permanent percentage of everything they produce, uncapped, forever Your portfolio stays with you forever, written into your contract from day one
????
