The P&C engineer shall be responsible for the selection and parameterization of BCPUs (Protection and control) of the SCMS systems as well as other IEDs. He shall be competent with HV interlocking schemes, AC and DC schematics and modifications (including CT & PT circuits and cabling). Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities and generate leads. - Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers. - Conduct site visits and recommend suitable waterproofing, insulation, and flooring solutions. - Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales. - Achieve sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.</p><p>Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred). - 2–5 years of UAE experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, insulation, flooring, or related construction services. - Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. - Good technical understanding of construction materials and applications. - Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.</p>
