Qualifications

Candidates must be prepared to provide evidence of past success during the interview process.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline; an advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.</p><p>• Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, is mandatory.</p><p>• Strong understanding of government procurement and tendering processes across the covered markets.</p><p>• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Egypt, as well as internationally.</p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><p>• Existing relationships with decision-makers within regional ministries of interior/defense, law enforcement agencies, or critical infrastructure operators.</p><p>• Experience managing a multi-country sales territory for an international security technology vendor.</p><p>• Arabic-English bilingual proficiency across both Gulf and Levantine/Egyptian business contexts.</p><p><b>Travel Requirements</b></p><p>This role requires frequent travel across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Egypt to meet clients, partners, and government stakeholders, as well as periodic international travel for company meetings, training, and industry events.</p></div>
