<p>The Health Advisor will establish relationship with customers coming in the Aster Pharmacies, build a rapport with them providing information about running services, promotions and solve the customers queries about anything. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build customer relationship and rapport, to engage with customer for providing information</p></li></ul><p>about service, running promotion, new launches, understanding customer need and</p><p>recommending solution, updating customer about new services and products and follow up,</p><ul><li><p>Attending to customer needs and engaging with them to generate sales.</p></li><li><p>Displaying attractive displays for in house and non-pharma products, liquidating the near expiry</p></li></ul><p>products.</p><ul><li><p>Understanding competition, promotion, products available with competitors and implement the</p></li></ul><p>changes in store layout and pharmacy merchandise.</p><ul><li><p>Involved in admin pharmacy work as expiry checking, inventory checking, supply arrangement,</p></li></ul><p>not related to billing insurance and dispensing medication.</p><p>Education & Experience:</p><ul><li><p>High School or Bachelors/Masters in management, business, marketing or any relevant field.</p></li><li><p>Preferred from healthcare or retail background.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales or any related.</p></li></ul>
