<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p> <strong>Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive)</strong> </p> <p> <strong>Location: Fujairah, UAE<br> </strong> </p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate <strong>Comprehensive Pilates Instructor</strong> to join a well-established, premium holistic wellness club in the beautiful and clam city of Fujairah (90 mins drive from Dubai). This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong Pilates expertise with MAT, Reformer, Ladder, Barrel, Chair, Cadillac (atleast 3 of these) supporting clients in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being within an elite wellness environment.</p> Key Responsibilities <br><p> </p> <p>Conduct assessments and develop individualised progrmas and rehabilitation plans.</p> <p>Deliver safe, effective, and progressive <strong>Pilates (Reformer, MAT and other equipment)</strong> sessions tailored to clients' fitness needs.</p> <p>Work with clients across various fitness levels, including pre/post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance enhancement.</p> <p>Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing, and posture during sessions.</p> <p>Collaborate with the wellness and coaching team to provide an integrated, holistic client experience.</p> <p>Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.</p> <p>Educate clients on injury prevention, corrective exercises, and long-term physical health.</p> <p>Uphold the clubs high standards of professionalism, client care, and service excellence.</p> <p>Participate in internal training, workshops, and wellness events.</p> Requirements &amp; Qualifications <br><p> </p> <p>Level 3 Certified in <strong>Pilates</strong> (Reformer, MAT and apparatus BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent).</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Physiotherapy</strong> (not necessary but desirable)</p> <p>Minimum <strong>2 3 years of experience</strong> in Pilates instruction (both group classes and private sessions), preferably in a clinical or premium studio setting.</p> <p>Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement therapy.</p> <p>Confident, client-focused, and professional with excellent communication skills.</p> <p>Ability to manage clients with medical conditions, injuries, and special populations.</p> <p>Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.</p> <p>Willingness to relocate and commit to a 2-year long-term contract.</p> <p>A maximum of 4 to 6 sessions/classes per day based on the requirement, 6 days per week.</p> Accommodation &amp; Transportation <br><ol> <li> <strong>Executive accommodation</strong> in a prime location:<p> </p> <ul> <li>Private bedroom and bathroom</li> <li><br></li></ul></li></ol></div></section>
