<ul><li><p>Operate the <strong>Egglayer concrete block-making machine</strong> independently and safely.</p></li><li><p>Set up and adjust the machine according to required block sizes and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Perform <strong>mould changes, mould alignment and machine adjustments</strong> for different products.</p></li><li><p>Monitor concrete feeding, vibration, compaction and moulding throughout production.</p></li><li><p>Ensure blocks meet required <strong>dimensions, density, strength, shape and finish standards</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Identify and troubleshoot routine <strong>mechanical, hydraulic and operational faults</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Carry out daily machine inspections, cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with batching/mixing teams to maintain correct concrete consistency and production flow.</p></li><li><p>Monitor machine performance and take corrective action to minimize downtime.</p></li><li><p>Control material wastage and reduce rejected/damaged blocks.</p></li><li><p>Maintain required daily production output and quality targets.</p></li><li><p>Report breakdowns, maintenance requirements and recurring machine issues to the supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Follow all factory <strong>health, safety and equipment operating procedures</strong>.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>3–5 years of hands-on experience</strong> operating an Egglayer concrete block machine.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a <strong>concrete block manufacturing plant is required</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to operate the machine independently.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>block moulding, vibration and compaction processes</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>mould changing, setting and alignment</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of <strong>hydraulic and mechanical systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ability to diagnose and resolve basic machine faults and production issues.</p></li><li><p>Experience producing <strong>hollow blocks, solid blocks and different block sizes</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of concrete/block quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Basic preventive maintenance knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a high-output factory environment and meet production targets.</p></li><li><p><strong>UAE/GCC block factory experience is preferred.</strong></p></li><li><p>Physically fit and willing to work shifts/overtime when production requires it.</p></li></ul>
