<p>▸ Finished Goods Receipt: Receive finished goods transferred from the Production Supervisor; verify quantities, SKUs, and batch details against production records; and record all receipts into the store register and ERP system (Odoo 18).
▸ Delivery Note Issuance: Prepare and issue Delivery Notes for driver vans prior to dispatch; ensure each note accurately reflects the products, quantities, and customer destinations assigned to each route.
▸ Daily Invoicing: Generate and process sales invoices for all goods dispatched on a daily basis; coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure invoices are posted accurately and on time.
▸ Record-Keeping & Reconciliation: Maintain up-to-date store ledgers and stock registers; perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of goods received, goods issued, and closing balances to ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and ERP records.
