Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HR Operations (Offboarding) to lead and manage the complete employee offboarding lifecycle. The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE HR operations experience, with strong knowledge of end-of-service calculations, labor law, visa cancellation procedures, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process.
Handle all resignation, termination, retirement, and contract completion cases.
Calculate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) accurately in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Process employee final settlements, leave encashment, deductions, and all final dues.
Coordinate labor cancellation, visa cancellation, Emirates ID cancellation, and related government procedures.
Ensure timely clearance from all internal departments before employee exit.
Prepare and review final settlement documents and exit documentation.
Lead and supervise the HR Offboarding team, ensuring service excellence and SLA compliance.
Review reports, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Handle employee queries related to offboarding and final settlements.

Experience managing and leading a team, with direct reports.
