En tu día a día coordinarás equipos creativos y técnicos, supervisarás los procesos de producción (desde el desarrollo de la idea hasta la postproducción) y asegurarás el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos. También gestionarás relaciones con clientes, distribuidoras, plataformas y colaboraciones externas, así como la planificación financiera y la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial y ubicado en Bogotá, D. C.<br>Requisitos<br> Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos audiovisuales, producción de cine o contenidos digitales, y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares. Conocimientos en planificación estratégica, gestión financiera básica de una empresa y toma de decisiones orientadas a resultados. Aptitudes en liderazgo, comunicación interpersonal, negociación y construcción de relaciones con clientes, socios y proveedores. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, organizar múltiples proyectos a la vez y adaptarte a cambios rápidos en el entorno creativo y de mercado. Se valora formación en comunicación audiovisual, cine, medios digitales o áreas afines, así como manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y ofimática.
