Role Purpose:The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all on-site construction activities for large-scale building projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. Review subcontractor progress and payment certifications. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary site representative with clients, consultants, and authorities. Attend project progress meetings and provide construction updates. Build strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.<br>Team Leadership:Lead and mentor Construction Engineers, Site Engineers, General Foremen, Supervisors, and subcontractor teams. Drive accountability, collaboration, and high performance across site teams. Conduct performance reviews and support the development of engineering staff.<br>Project Close-Out:Manage project completion, testing, inspections, snagging, and handover activities. Ensure all documentation is completed and handed over to the client. Support the defects liability period and project close-out process.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). Master's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is an advantage. PMP certification is highly desirable.
