Job Description:
-Provide administrative and coordination support to site management and project teams.
-Maintain correspondence logs, filing systems, reports, and document tracking records.
-Coordinate meetings, attendance records, site requests, and internal department follow-ups.
-Manage site office supplies, visitor arrangements, and administrative documentation</p><p>Qualifications:
-Open to Filipino nationality, Female, aged 38 years old and below, with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum 3 years of experience in site administration or secretarial roles
-Strong MS Office skills and strong English communication skills
-Experience handling project correspondence and filing systems.</p>
