<ul><li>Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP to ensure transparency and provide insights for strategic decision-making.</li><li>Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time to maintain operational efficiency.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely invoicing and follow-up for collections, to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.</li><li>Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and discrepancies, and presenting actionable recommendations to management for improved financial performance.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to mitigate financial risks.</li><li>Assist in the annual budgeting process by providing historical data analysis and forecasting to support organizational growth objectives.</li><li>Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance financial accuracy and integrity.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><ul><li><p><strong>Graduate with a minimum of 10+ years of UAE accounting experience, OR CA Inter with a minimum of 5+ years of UAE accounting experience</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong experience in Trading / Pharmaceutical companies preferred</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of UAE VAT</p></li><li><p>Good working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end closing</p></li><li><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</p></li></ul>
