<span></span><p>Key Responsibilities <br></p><br><ul><li><b>Client-Centric Service: </b> <br><br>Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing the entire tourist visa application process, including electronic document collection, online application submissions, and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates. <br><br></li><li><b>Relationship Building: </b> <br><br>Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on tourist visa-related matters. <br><br></li><li><b>Communication & Client Education: </b> <br><br>Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines, and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step. <br><br></li><li><b>Sales Mindset: </b> <br><br>Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront. <br><br></li><li><b>Continuous Improvement: </b> <br><br>Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant. <br><br></li><li><b>Leverage Technology: </b> <br><br>To streamline the visa application process, utilize digital tools for efficient document management, and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery. <br><br></li></ul><br><br><span>Requirements</span><p>The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess a strong client-centric inter-personal skills.
