<p>THE CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN UAE</p><p><br></p><p>The FIT Consultant will be responsible for efficiently handling enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and confirming bookings for Fully Independent Travelers (FIT). The role requires strong product knowledge, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to convert enquiries into profitable bookings using the tour booking system.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Quote and confirm FIT enquiries accurately and efficiently using the tour booking system.</li><li>Market and sell international tours and holidays including USA. Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Australasia.</li><li>Market and sell inbound and local UAE tours and activities, visas, transportation, and hotel services</li><li>Sell and coordinate end-to-end travel services including airlines, hotels, transportation, insurance, cruises, tours, and activities</li><li>Ensure timely responses to client enquiries while meeting individual travel preferences, budgets, and expectations</li><li>Maintain accuracy in all reservations, bookings, and related documentation.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing supplier relationships effectively.</li><li>Adhere to KPI targets and CRM standard operating procedures as directed by management.</li><li>Achieve assigned profit margin targets on all bookings in line with company standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of outbound international tourism products and inbound tourism services is essential.</li><li>Experience handling VIP and/or luxury travel clients is an added advantage</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.</li><li>A degree in Travel and Tourism or relevant industry experience is preferred</li><li>High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment as a motivated team player.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Monthly salary range: AED 7,000 to AED 8,500, based on experience</li><li>Attractive performance-based incentives</li><li>Meals provided</li><li>Incentive travel opportunities based on performance</li><li>Employment visa and Emirates ID.</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law</li></ul>

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, social media reels, and more.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the creation and design of various digital and print materials (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, flyers, brochures).</li><li>Edit and produce short-form video content (e.g., reels, stories, promotional clips) for social media and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop creative concepts and solutions.</li><li>Ensure all designs and videos are aligned with brand guidelines and meet project requirements.</li><li>Prepare rough drafts, storyboards, and design/video ideas for team review.</li><li>Amend designs and videos based on feedback to ensure final outputs are visually appealing and on-brand.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and social media formats to enhance creativity and effectiveness.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer (required).</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.</li><li>Knowledge of design and video production techniques, including prototyping and motion graphics.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.</li><li>Basic knowledge of User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX).</li><li>Strong communication and time management skills.</li></ul>
