<p>AUREVO Marketing Management L.L.C. is looking for a confident and driven <b>Sales Representative</b> to join our team in Dubai.</p><p><b>The position begins with a 30-day trial period on a commission-only basis. Successful completion of the trial will lead to a full-time position with AUREVO.</b></p><p>What You’ll Be Selling</p><p>AUREVO provides complete marketing and growth solutions, including:</p><ul><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Professional Photo & Video Production</li><li>Reels & Branded Content</li><li>Branding & Creative Services</li><li>Meta & Google Ads</li><li>Lead Generation</li><li>Websites & Landing Pages</li><li>SEO & Google Business Profile</li><li>CRM & Marketing Automation</li><li>Custom Marketing Solutions</li></ul><p>First 30 Days – Commission Only</p><p>During the initial <b>30-day trial period, there is no fixed salary</b>.</p><p>You will earn commission on successfully closed deals. Commission is paid once the client has made payment to AUREVO.</p><p>Our typical client packages are approximately <b>AED 9,000</b>, giving strong earning potential to capable sales representatives.</p><p>After the 30-Day Trial</p><p>Candidates who successfully complete the trial and demonstrate strong sales performance will <b>transition into a full-time position with AUREVO Marketing Management L.L.C.</b></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Generate and approach potential clients</li><li>Contact business owners and decision-makers</li><li>Present AUREVO’s services professionally</li><li>Understand client needs and recommend appropriate packages</li><li>Arrange meetings and sales calls</li><li>Follow up consistently with prospects</li><li>Negotiate and close deals</li><li>Build and maintain client relationships</li><li>Work closely with the AUREVO team on opportunities and proposals</li></ul><p>Who We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Previous sales or business development experience</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li><li>Professional English</li><li>UAE market knowledge preferred</li><li>Existing UAE business network is a strong advantage</li><li>Marketing/advertising sales experience is an advantage</li></ul><p>Please Read Before Applying</p><p><b>First 30 days: Trial period – Commission Only</b></p><p><b>After successful trial: Full-Time Position</b></p><p>There is <b>no fixed salary during the initial 30-day trial period</b>.
