<br><p>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Transmission Line Projects involving minimum 380 kV. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end project management experience from post-award stage to project completion, with strong capabilities in project planning, budgeting, execution, client coordination, subcontractor management, commercial handling, and overall site governance.</p><p>The role requires ensuring successful project delivery within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters, while maintaining effective coordination with clients, contractors, corporate office, and regional stakeholders.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle the complete project lifecycle from award stage (post-tender) to successful completion and handover.</p></li><li><p>Plan and forecast project budget, manpower, and resource requirements for effective execution.</p></li><li><p>Ensure project completion within the specified schedule and budgeted cost baseline.</p></li><li><p>Create, implement, and periodically revise project work plans to address changing site and client requirements.</p></li><li><p>Lead execution of Transmission Line Projects (minimum 380 kV) in line with approved engineering, contractual, and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Implement project control systems, engineering processes, and execution methodologies in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain complete project documentation related to design, construction, execution progress, contracts, and commercial records.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress closely and provide regular updates to the Corporate Office / Head Office.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with clients on project progress, contractual matters, scope clarifications, and validation of contract terms.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and execution milestones at site.</p></li><li><p>Handle local procurement coordination and payment-related project issues as required.</p></li><li><p>Review resource deployment and site challenges to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution.</p></li><li><p>Raise, prepare, and process variation claims / extra claims arising from change in scope until realization.</p></li><li><p>Support regional business development efforts by tracking upcoming projects, competitor activity, client opportunities, and strategic alliances.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular input to Head Office on key project and regional strategic matters.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with local authorities and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Drive project execution with strong focus on cost control, progress tracking, risk mitigation, quality compliance, and client satisfaction.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong end-to-end project management experience in EHV/HV Transmission Line Projects.</p></li><li><p>Mandatory exposure to minimum 380 kV transmission line projects.</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and execution control.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of contract management, scope management, claims handling, and commercial coordination.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams effectively.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of HSE regulations, quality systems, and project documentation practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience in resource planning, procurement coordination, and cost optimization.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate effectively in dynamic project environments across Saudi Arabia / UAE / GCC.</p></li></ul>
