You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and support sales growth through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.</p><br> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Provide customers with home furnishing, storage, and lifestyle solutions tailored to their needs.</li> <li>Conduct in-store consultations and support customers with room planning and product selection.</li> <li>Create inspiring presentations and recommendations using product displays, mood boards, layouts, and visual merchandising tools.</li> <li>Drive sales by recommending complementary products and complete lifestyle solutions.</li> <li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with store management and colleagues to maximize business opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.</li> <li>Support promotional events, workshops, and in-store activations.</li> <li>Maintain accurate customer and sales records where required.</li> <li>Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and MUJI brand standards.</li> <li>Take ownership of personal development and continuously enhance consultation and selling skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><br> <p>You will have/be:</p><br> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of retail, home furnishing, interior design, visual merchandising, or customer consultation experience.</li> <li>A passion for creating functional and inspiring living spaces.</li> <li>Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.</li> <li>The ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.</li> <li>Experience in customer-facing consultations and active selling.</li> <li>Good attention to detail and visual presentation standards.</li> <li>Basic computer skills.</li> <li>Experience with design software (such as CAD or space-planning tools) would be an advantage but is not essential.</li> </ul> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> </div>
