<p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and technically strong <b>Conveyor / MHE Supervisor </b>to supervise and coordinate technicians engaged in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and commissioning of conveyor systems and associated material handling equipment.</p><p>The Supervisor will be responsible for <b>day-to-day supervision of technicians, work allocation, technical guidance, site coordination, safety compliance, quality control, and timely completion of maintenance and project activities</b>. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of both electrical and mechanical conveyor systems and the ability to independently handle site-level technical issues.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Supervise and manage a team of <b>Conveyor / Electromechanical Technicians </b>during maintenance, installation, repair, and commissioning activities.</p><p>• Allocate daily work to technicians and monitor progress to ensure activities are completed within the required timeline.</p><p>• Provide technical guidance to technicians for troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and mechanical faults.</p><p>• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of conveyor systems and material handling equipment.</p><p>• Inspect and troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, bearings, rollers, belts, chains, sensors, control panels, VFDs, motor starters, limit switches, photoelectric sensors, and safety devices.</p><p>• Review and identify recurring equipment faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.</p><p>• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, equipment layouts, and technical documentation.</p><p>• Supervise installation, testing, alignment, adjustment, and commissioning of conveyor systems and related equipment.</p><p>• Ensure technicians follow approved maintenance procedures, method statements, and site requirements.</p><p>• Monitor the quality of completed maintenance and repair work before equipment is returned to operation.</p><p>• Coordinate with the client/site team regarding maintenance activities, breakdowns, access requirements, work schedules, and technical issues.</p><p>• Attend breakdowns and provide technical support for critical or complex equipment failures.</p><p>• Ensure minimum equipment downtime by coordinating technicians and prioritizing urgent maintenance activities.</p><p>• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with <b>HSE, site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work requirements</b>.</p><p>• Monitor tools, equipment, consumables, and spare parts required for maintenance activities.</p><p>• Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.</p><p>• Maintain daily work records, maintenance reports, breakdown reports, inspection reports, and service documentation.</p><p>• Review technicians' service reports and ensure accurate documentation of completed activities.</p><p>• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance status reports and provide updates to management/client as required.</p><p>• Coordinate manpower requirements and ensure adequate technician coverage for planned and breakdown activities.</p><p>• Train and guide technicians on proper maintenance practices, troubleshooting procedures, and safe working methods.</p><p>• Ensure housekeeping and proper handling of tools, equipment, and spare parts at the work site.</p><p> • Support management during new equipment installation, modification, testing, and commissioning projects.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
