CFA preferred</p></li><li><p>5–12 years of experience in related areas like Investment Banking and management, Private Equity, asset management, corporate finance, thematic investment</p></li><li><p>Prior experience of working with banks, institutional funding companies, Investment banks or houses, institutional investors, private equity or sovereign funds</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in real estate sector is preferrable</p></li><li><p>Exceptional intellectual curiosity and high ownership mindset</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial judgement and handling matters with discretion</p></li><li><p>Ability to convert complex data into executive insights</p></li><li><p>Excellent presentation, influencing, and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
