You’ll learn how their operations run, identify where AI and automation can make a meaningful difference, and build solutions through to deployment and adoption.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work alongside users to understand workflows, constraints and opportunities.</li><li>Identify valuable problems and define a practical first solution.</li><li>Build applications, integrations and AI agents connected to existing systems and data.</li><li>Take prototypes into production, handling reliability, permissions and failure cases.</li><li>Help teams adopt what you build, measure the result and turn successful approaches into reusable tools.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong hands-on software engineering skills and experience shipping usable solutions.</li><li>The ability to understand a business process and translate it into software.</li><li>Practical experience with APIs, integrations and AI tools or applications.</li><li>Confidence working directly with non-technical users and taking ownership of an open-ended problem.<br><br></li></ul>Balio Software Limited processes your personal information to manage and assess your application. You’ll combine industry knowledge with opportunities created by AI to improve existing products and develop new capabilities that customers value.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Understand customer workflows, pain points and the commercial context of the product.</li><li>Set priorities and a roadmap grounded in customer value, business impact and delivery effort.</li><li>Turn problems into clear product requirements and make trade-offs with engineering.</li><li>Lead discovery, delivery and launch, working closely with sales, support and company teams.</li><li>Measure adoption and outcomes, using the evidence to improve the product and decide what comes next.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience taking software products or significant features from discovery to launch.</li><li>Strong customer discovery, analytical and prioritisation skills.</li><li>The ability to work closely with engineers and make informed technical trade-offs.</li><li>Commercial judgement, clear communication and a hands-on approach to delivery.<br><br></li></ul>Balio Software Limited processes your personal information to manage and assess your application. You’ll work closely with product managers and company teams to understand customer needs, improve existing systems and develop new capabilities, including AI.
