<p>The E-House Operations Manager will have <strong>overall end-to-end responsibility for the successful execution and delivery of E-House / Electrical Buildings / Modular Electrical & Utility Buildings</strong>, from initial design and engineering through procurement, fabrication, pre-fabrication, assembly, testing, delivery, site installation, commissioning and final handover.</p><br><p>The role will oversee the complete E-House value chain involving <strong>civil/structural, electrical, Mechanical, instrumentation, ELV, control and automation disciplines</strong>, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, within approved budget, schedule, quality requirements and contractual specifications.</p><br><p>The position will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and execution teams and ensuring seamless integration of systems such as <strong>transformers, MV/LV switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, VFDs/VFTs, SCADA, PLC/DCS, UPS, battery systems, HVAC, fire & gas, ELV, cable management and other associated systems</strong>.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol type="1"><li><p>Overall responsibility for <strong>end-to-end E-House project execution</strong>, from design engineering, procurement and fabrication through testing, delivery, installation, commissioning and final handover.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate <strong>multidisciplinary engineering and execution</strong> covering electrical, mechanical, structural, instrumentation, ELV, control and automation requirements.</p></li><li><p>Oversee integration and installation of <strong>transformers, MV/LV switchgear, MCCs, DBs, VFD/VFT, UPS, battery systems, PLC/SCADA and associated electrical/control systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Manage <strong>fabrication, pre-fabrication, assembly and modular integration</strong> of E-Houses, electrical rooms, battery houses and related skids/packages.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective planning and execution of <strong>FAT, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and site installation</strong>, ensuring all systems are fully integrated and operational.</p></li><li><p>Manage project <strong>schedule, cost, manpower, procurement, vendors, quality, HSE and logistics</strong> to achieve timely and profitable delivery.</p></li><li><p>Act as the key operational interface with <strong>clients, consultants, suppliers and internal departments</strong>, ensuring timely resolution of technical and execution issues.</p></li><li><p>Drive <strong>standardization, productivity improvement, value engineering and continuous improvement</strong> to enhance E-House delivery capability, quality and profitability.</p></li></ol><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
<strong>EXPERIENCE</strong>
15–20+ years of relevant experience, preferably with significant experience in E-House, modular electrical buildings, electrical substations, EPC, switchgear, power distribution, industrial projects or related engineering/fabrication environments.
Minimum 5–8 years in a senior management / operations leadership position.</p>
