<p><strong>Quantity Surveying & Estimation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate <strong>quantity take-offs</strong> for toilet cubicles and kitchen cabinets.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed <strong>material take-offs </strong>for HPL, Compact HPL, MDF, plywood, hardware, accessories, fittings, etc.</p></li><li><p>Prepare BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Calculate material quantities, wastage, hardware, accessories.</p></li><li><p>Obtain and compare supplier quotations for materials and hardware.</p></li><li><p>Prepare project quotations and costing sheets.</p></li><li><p>Check quantities against approved drawings and site requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor material consumption against estimated quantities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>AutoCAD Drafting</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare detailed <strong>AutoCAD shop drawings and production drawings</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and fixing details for:</p><ul><li><p>Toilet cubicles</p></li><li><p>Kitchen cabinets</p></li><li><p>Vanity units</p></li><li><p>Lockers</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Prepare drawings based on architectural and consultant requirements.</p></li><li><p>Incorporate consultant/client comments and prepare revised drawings.</p></li><li><p>Prepare fabrication drawings with accurate dimensions and material specifications.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all drawings are suitable for production and installation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper drawing revision and document control.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>The candidate should have knowledge of:</p><ul><li><p>MDF / Plywood / HPL</p></li><li><p>Melamine and laminate finishes</p></li><li><p>Base cabinets and wall cabinets</p></li><li><p>Tall units and storage units</p></li><li><p>Countertops and worktops</p></li><li><p>Hinges, drawer runners and cabinet hardware</p></li><li><p>Soft-close systems</p></li><li><p>Kitchen accessories and fittings</p></li><li><p>Sink units and appliance openings</p></li><li><p>Cabinet carcass and shutter details</p></li><li><p>Edge banding and finishing requirements</p></li></ul></li></ul>
