<p>Carrying out specialized tasks in the field of conducting investigation and accusation procedures in criminal cases, including (interrogation, hearing witnesses, moving and inspecting, delegating experts, summons, arrest and search warrant, pretrial detention order and release, disposal of seizures and final disposal of the criminal case and the accused), including Refer the accused to the competent courts if it is proven that there is sufficient evidence to refer him in application of the laws in force in the State and the Emirate of Dubai, and to plead before the courts.</p><br><ol><li>Investigate and dispose of cases of felonies, misdemeanors and violations received from police stations.</li><li>Investigate and dispose of requests for rehabilitation.</li><li>Deciding on requests to open criminal reports or not.</li><li>Deciding on grievances against requests not to open the communication.</li><li>Deciding on opinion files.</li><li>Issuing arrest and search warrants in the jurisdiction area.</li><li>Consider and decide on grievances against the decisions of prosecutors.</li><li>Considering the complaints, requests and inquiries of auditors and customers e.</li><li>Respond to requests and inquiries of police stations related to cases.</li><li>Inspect places of detention in accordance with the approved work procedures and prepare reports thereon.</li></ol> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong>• Must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates.• Must have a good reputation and character.• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.• Must be medically fit, as determined by the relevant authority.• Must have completed national service (for males).• Must successfully pass all required tests and interviews.• Must understand the importance of the position and be prepared to assume its responsibilities. </p><br><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong>• A university degree in law from a recognized educational institution with a minimum GPA of "Good".• A valid English language certificate (TOEFL 500 – IELTS 5)Please combine and upload the required documents to the Dubai Jobs platform in PDF format:1. <p><span>Job Purpose: </span></p><br><p><span>Receiving the parties of the case (defendant - sponsor - witness - lawyer) or their representatives and recording their requests related to cases that are still under investigation, or cases that have been closed, or cases in which final judgments have been issued, and executing them with precision and complete confidentiality.</span></p><br><p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><br><p><span>- Receiving parties involved in cases, recording their requests, and responding to their inquiries.</span><span>- Receiving clients in accordance with the Code of Conduct testing requirements.</span><span>- Expert (security, witness, injured party), recording requests of parties involved in the case (defendant).</span><span>- Coordinating with the Public Prosecution for inquiries about their clients' cases. Linking lawyers' accounts to enable them to access the website.</span><span>- Forwarding requests submitted through the website to the concerned prosecutor or judge.</span><span>- Receiving technical reports from experts and sending them to the concerned prosecutor.</span><span>- Collecting fees related to requests from the parties involved in the case or their attorneys; issuing deposit orders.</span><span>- Recording all appeals on primary rulings submitted by the defendant, the injured party, or their representatives.</span><span>- Registering appeals in cassation against the appellate rulings submitted by the lawyer.</span><span>- Filing appellate objections against default judgments.</span><span>- Registering appeals against decisions of detention extension.</span><span>- Registering appeals against non-appearance orders.</span>-<span> Filing complaints against decisions to extend detention.</span>-<span> Expert supervision on the members of the public prosecution for investigation - guarantor - victim - organizing the entry of case parties (defendant).</span><span>- Commitment to all policies, procedures, and guidelines of the information security system in the public prosecution.</span><span>- Reporting any suspicious incidents or security breaches.</span></p><br> <p>Qualification: Secondary School Certificate</p><br><p>Experience: 2 years of experience for Secondary School graduates & 0-2 for Bachelor Graduates</p><br><p>National Service: Complete</p><br><p>Gender: Males Only</p><br> </div>

<p><span><strong>Job Objective:</strong></span><span>To conduct statistical studies of cases, plan and organize data collection and analysis, design samples, and prepare the necessary analytical reports.</span><span>And to develop new processes for analyzing case data in line with achieving the Public Prosecution's strategic directions.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p><br><p><span>1. Planning and organizing the collection of case data, comparing it with approved performance indicators, and developing recommendations for improvement.</span></p><br><p><span>2. Preparing research, reports, and statistical studies related to case data and trends, and presenting them to relevant parties.</span></p><br><p><span>3. Conducting advanced analytical studies of case data, including an analysis of external influences, and submitting appropriate proposals and recommendations.</span></p><br><p><span>4. Analyzing data processing and collection processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and advising data analysts.</span></p><br><p><span>5. Reviewing statistical analyses of cases, developing necessary recommendations in line with strategic objectives and performance indicators, and submitting them to decision-makers.</span></p><br><p><span>6. Providing members of the Public Prosecution with case data and statistics as required for monitoring and developing judicial work.</span></p><br><p><span>7. Preparing benchmarking studies and necessary research with leading entities at the local, regional, and international levels, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, preparing the necessary reports on the results, and submitting them to the direct supervisor, including recommendations and development proposals. 8. Submitting development proposals that contribute to improving judicial work based on the results of data analysis and study.</span></p><br> <p><span><strong>Academic qualification: </strong>Bachelor's degree in Business Analyst, preferably with a specialization in Statistics.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>Experience: </strong> 4 years of experience in the same field.</span></p><br><p><span><strong>National Service</strong>: Complete (Males only)</span></p><br><p><span>Gender: Male (only)</span></p><br> </div>
