<ol><li><p><strong>BIM Modeling & System Development:</strong> Create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D structural BIM models (concrete, steel, and post-tensioned structures) from initial concept to detailed construction stages using Autodesk Revit Structure.</p></li><li><p><strong>Interdisciplinary Coordination & Clash Detection:</strong> Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines to identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks Manage and cloud CDE platforms (ACC / BIM 360).</p></li><li><p><strong>Drawing Production & Documentation:</strong> Extract high-quality structural general arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed section cuts, fabrication/shop drawings, and schedule reports directly from the BIM environment in compliance with project standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Standardization & BEP Compliance:</strong> Implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), maintaining proper modeling protocols, naming conventions, level-of-development (LOD 200–400), and family creation standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Quality Assurance & Audits:</strong> Perform regular QA/QC model checks to ensure accuracy, proper structural parameter inputs, correct levels/grids, and metadata integrity before releasing documentation to internal teams or external clients.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling and coordination, preferably within the Middle East/GCC region on residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.</p></li><li><p><strong>Core Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Autodesk Revit Structure</strong> and <strong>Navisworks Manage</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Solid command of <strong>AutoCAD</strong> and cloud platforms like <strong>Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)</strong> or <strong>BIM 360</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of <strong>Dynamo</strong> for Revit visual scripting or parametric automation is an added advantage.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with international and regional BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong foundational understanding of structural design principles, concrete framing, structural steel connection details, and rebar modeling.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail with the ability to detect geometry discrepancies early in the design cycle.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-discipline collaboration and team coordination.</p></li></ul></li></ol>

Engineering & MEP</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Structural BIM Engineer:</strong> Model structural elements (concrete, steel, foundations, rebar details) and perform structural clash mitigation with MEP and Architectural systems.</p></li><li><p><strong>MEP BIM Engineer:</strong> Design and model mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP/HVAC) routing, pipework, and containment systems while maintaining serviceability and maintenance clearances.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3.
